Amid the severe deterioration of humanitarian conditions and the growing waves of displacement, HAND Organization hereby announces the initiation of an urgent humanitarian response to address the critical needs of displaced and affected families. This intervention reflects the Organization’s unwavering commitment to stand in solidarity with the people of Aleppo during this exceptionally challenging period.

HAND field teams have commenced comprehensive rapid needs assessments and are actively working to deliver life-saving and essential assistance in accordance with identified priorities. Planned interventions include emergency shelter support, food assistance, provision of essential relief items, and psychosocial support services, implemented in close coordination with local partners and relevant authorities to ensure timely, efficient, and principled humanitarian action, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable populations.

HAND Organization reaffirms its commitment to maintaining uninterrupted humanitarian operations and to mobilizing all available capacities to alleviate civilian suffering, guided by its firm belief in the fundamental right of all individuals to safety, dignity, and a life lived in security and respect.
