In nurturing young minds, the ethos of giving is paramount. Sixth-grade students at Jil Al-Salam Schools exemplified this by distributing heartfelt cards and symbolic gifts to school staff. This initiative, part of our life skills curriculum, fosters teamwork and compassion among our students.

We at HAND are dedicated to constantly improving our employees' skills. That's why we've organized training sessions to enhance communication skills among our staff. Our goal is to provide them with effective learning methods so they can offer assistance in the most proficient and comprehensive manner.

Due to the rainy weather during the winter season throughout the academic year, we at Jil Al-Salam Schools have shifted towards extracurricular activities during sports classes. These activities include concentration and cognitive activities such as chess, as well as motor skills activities like cup stacking with balloons. We prioritize enhancing positive values and behaviors and constantly innovate creative approaches!

68 families faced the terror of the fire! Unfortunately, fear isn't the only harm; they lost their shelters, possessions, and all that remains is ash. HAND is launching a campaign to repair the damaged tents and assist the families in returning to their homes. https://lnkd.in/e9rgcXtG

The HR Manager oversees the development and implementation of human resources policies and strategies in alignment with labour laws and organizational objectives. To support ongoing education at public schools in Lebanon, HAND organization has been providing essential services and logistical aid to Bar Elias Secondary School. This assistance follows a visit to the school, where we assessed its needs and ongoing challenges. Together, we're working towards a better future through education.
