HAND proudly participated in the launch conference of the National Digital Transformation Strategy project: “Reimagining Learning in Lebanon”. The event was honored by the presence of Her Excellency Dr. Rima Karamy, Minister of Education and Higher Education, and Mr. Paolo Fontani, Director of the UNESCO Office in Lebanon, alongside distinguished representatives from local and international educational institutions.

The conference highlighted the Ministry of Education’s comprehensive action plan under the project, designed to advance digital education and foster a more inclusive, innovative, and future-ready learning environment.

Following the sessions, HAND representatives engaged with the Minister, reaffirming the organization’s full support for this national initiative and its commitment to exploring collaborative opportunities that strengthen Lebanon’s educational system—empowering students and educators alike to embrace the possibilities of the digital era.
