Sidra is 16 years old and lives with her mother and brothers in Lebanon after they were displaced from Syria after they lost their father due to the war in the country. The loss of her father and her departure from Syria had a negative impact on her.

Sidra was unable to get the opportunity to enroll in a school that would grant her an official certificate that would enable her to complete her studies as she had dreamed, because she did not have identification papers. She then joins the #HAND’s Generation Peace Schools and is included in the formal affidavit system that authorizes her to submit the official brevet certificate. Today, Sidra celebrates her success in the Brevet exam in #Arsal, with a very good grade.

Sidra also tells us about her success: “I felt very happy the moment the exam results were released and that my efforts were not in vain. I dedicate my success to my mother and to the teachers who helped me and my friends throughout the exam period, I also dedicate this distinction to my father, may God have mercy on him.
Very proud of Sidra’s excellence in the Brevet Certificate, and we wish all our students excellence and continued success, Because we always believe that all children have the right to a bright future.
